INSHORE FISHING

We will do most of our fishing as far south as the Bellaire Causeway in Bellaire, and as far north as the Anclote Power plant in Holiday.

The 4 main sport fish that we target are: Snook, Redfish, Trout and Tarpon. However, many times we will catch other species depending on the time of year. These species include: Cobia, Flounder, Pompano, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Triple Tail, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Jack Crevalle, and of course the multiple species of sharks. The gear used is spinning tackle ranging from light to heavy action. Both live baits and artificial baits will be used when targeting the multiple inshore species. The captain will always make suggestions as to what is biting and what he feels will produce the best results. At the end of the day, the client always has the final say on where we fish and what we target. All bait, gear, gas and the cleaning of any harvested fish is included in the cost of the charter. Tips are always appreciated but never expected.
